Security had to body slam, desperate for chasing Jaylen Brown‘s autograph.
Some people chase dreams. Some people chase love. And then there are the truly dedicated ones, the fans who chase NBA stars at full speed like they’re trying out for a spot on the roster. That’s exactly what happened when one overly eager supporter decided that today was the day he would secure Jaylen Brown’s autograph, even if it meant sprinting past security like a man escaping a group project.
Inside Scotiabank Arena, one male fan really wanted Jaylen Brown’s autograph. However, a security guard had a rope to ensure fans couldn’t bother the players.
Once the male fan spotted Brown, he ducked under the rope and took off running towards the railing. Right behind him was a security guard who grabbed him and bodyslammed him.
Despite the fan being blocked, he still got Jaylen Brown’s autograph.

The confrontation got the attention of Jaylen Brown, who was walking to the locker room. He decided to return and deliver the autograph.
Moral of the story: If you want an autograph, maybe try asking. Or mailing something. Or literally any method that doesn’t end with body-slamming physics involved. Well, the struggle finally paid off!
