Haley Kalil’s Attorney is supporting her for discussing Matt Kalil’s “Big Manhood” publicly.
Leave it to the internet to turn a legal statement into a headline that stops all scrolling. This week’s winner? Haley Kalil’s attorney, Matthew Bialick, confidently stating that she had every right to discuss Matt Kalil’s “big manhood.” Yes. That sentence exists. And yes, everyone read it twice.
According to Bialick, Haley Kalil crossed no legal lines by making those comments and that he is going to file a motion to dismiss Matt’s lawsuit.
Matthew Bialick — Haley‘s lawyer — tells TMZ … he plans to file a motion to dismiss Matt’s lawsuit within three weeks of being formally served the summons or complaint, which hasn’t happened yet.
Bialick says it’s totally unreasonable to file a lawsuit on the basis of making someone liable for “exercising her sexual sovereignty by truthfully describing a sexual experience that left her in tears” … adding it violates his client’s right to free speech.
It’s a legal battle between exes and this is what Matt Kalil’s attorney Ryan Saba also had to say.
“Haley Kalil disclosed private and intimate details about Matt Kalil that were of no legitimate public concern and subjected Matt Kalil and his family to widespread ridicule and unwanted attention,” Matt Kalil’s attorney, Ryan Saba, tells us.
“Haley Kalil shared these sensitive personal details about her ex-husband in an apparent quest to seek fortune and fame. Her actions were extreme, outrageous, beyond all possible bounds of decency, and have caused substantial harm to Matt Kalil, his family, and his business.”
So here we are. A lawyer defending free speech. A headline nobody expected and a story that proves once again that fame, breakups, and the internet are a chaotic mix.
Legal? According to the attorney, yes. Awkward? Absolutely. Unforgettable? Unfortunately, also yes.
