Cristian Solorio Jailed For Breaking Into Woman’s House And Sucking Her Toes

Meet Cristian Solorio, 28 years old, and apparently living life like he lost a bet with reality. This man didn’t just break into a woman’s house. That alone would already land him in the “what are you doing with your life?” category. But no. He decided to upgrade the weirdness to elite levels.

According to reports, Solorio broke in while the woman was sleeping. Normal criminals might look for cash, jewelry, or maybe a TV if they’re feeling ambitious. Not this man. His target? Toes. Yes, toes!

While the woman was peacefully asleep, dreaming about normal things like work stress or what to eat the next day, this man started licking and biting her toes. Imagine waking up to that. Not a burglar, not a noise. Just someone treating your foot like it’s a late-night snack.

That’s not just creepy, that’s horror movie material with a side of “who raised you?”

According to a news release from the Stanislaus County District Attorney’s Office, Cristian Solorio, 28, of Modesto, California, was convicted of felony stalking and breaking into a residence with the intent to commit a sex act. He was given the maximum sentence under California Law, six years and eight months in state prison.

The office said that Solorio had become “obsessed” with the victim since February 2025 after seeing her at her workplace.

“Solorio would show up at her work multiple times a day and loiter outside of her work to contact her when she left,” officials said. Moreover, Solorio is said to have asked the victim out several times, even sending her a letter saying he wanted to take her to Mexico.

The harassment continued for weeks until May 2025, when the prosecuting office said Solorio committed the crime.

This is one wild story and the question remains, is Cristian Solorio okay mentally?

According to the DA’s Office, on May 21, 2025, after discovering where the victim lived, Solorio went to her home late at night, and after the woman’s father left the residence, he broke in.

Afterwards, the woman woke up to find Solorio in her bedroom, sucking on her toes and trying to get into her bed.

“Although terrified, the victim managed to talk with Solorio in a friendly demeanor in an attempt to keep him calm and de-escalate his actions,” the DA’s Office said. “Other family members in the home eventually went into the victim’s bedroom and demanded he leave. Solorio then fled the residence.”

The victim is safe, thankfully, which is the only normal part of this entire situation. Meanwhile, Solorio now has plenty of time behind bars to reflect on his life choices. Maybe start a journal, maybe rethink everything, because if your life leads you to breaking into homes for toe-related activities, it might be time to sit down and reassess.
