Puka Nacua Was Served His Lawsuit From Women He Bit While at Rehab

In the midst of his rehabilitation, Puka Nacua received a formal complaint from his biting accuser. Three distinct process servers appeared at the L.A. Rams star’s holistic care center in Malibu earlier this month, according to documents we were able to collect.

The attempts began only days after we revealed that Nacua was concentrating on “personal growth” while undergoing treatment, suggesting that the servers were informed of his whereabouts through journalistic coverage.

Due to HIPAA regulations, an administrator declined to confirm or deny Nacua’s presence, despite the first server’s claim that they arrived at the premises at approximately 2:50 PM on April 6.

Another server spoke to a woman at the facility at 12:00 the following day, who informed them that they had to depart since they were unable to serve documents there.

On the third day, a female nurse known only as “Jane Doe” was contacted by the server, and Nacua completed a substitute serve.

The woman claimed that Nacua bit her while intoxicated, but his side insisted that it was only in jest. She also claims he made an antisemitic remark earlier in the evening, although he categorically denies ever saying anything of the sort.
