Some people go to the Kentucky Derby for the horses, others go for the hats, and then there’s Jaxson Dart and his girlfriend Marissa Ayers, who clearly showed up to win the fashion race.
Dart pulled up to Churchill Downs looking like he just stepped out of a luxury catalog. The man wore a white Dolce & Gabbana suit with black pinstripes. Clean, sharp, slightly dangerous, and in a matching “Bellissimo” hat, and suddenly he wasn’t just a quarterback, he was a walking mood.
Standing next to him, Marissa Ayers was not about to be outshined. Not even close. She came through in a soft light blue dress from Nordstrom, paired with Prada accessories. Simple, elegant, and expensive-looking.
And yes, she had a hat too. This is the Derby where hats are basically the main event.
Her black-and-white piece, sourced from a local New York shop, added just enough drama to say, “I didn’t come here to blend in.” Mission accomplished.

The two walked hand in hand like they were auditioning for “Best Dressed Couple of the Year.” Meanwhile, everyone else at the event suddenly looked like they got the dress code wrong.
The couple has been in town for the big weekend, including the Longines Kentucky Oaks on Friday.
The Oaks is the country’s top race event for 3-year-old fillies (female horses) that also promotes breast cancer awareness through the “Pink Out” fashion theme.
Ayers, a model and ring girl for Jake Paul and Nakisa Bidarian’s boxing company, Most Valuable Promotions, shared a photo on Instagram of her pink dress with a matching headband and bag for the event.
At this point, the Giants quarterback might want to consider a backup career in fashion, just in case football doesn’t work out.
In the end, the 2026 Derby gave us everything: big bets, surprise wins, and elite-level outfit coordination.
But one thing is clear: Jaxson Dart and Marissa Ayers didn’t just attend the Derby, they dressed like they owned it.
