Cordiero then set out three rules telling her 153,000 followers to ‘protect your time’, ‘accept what you can’t control’ and ‘make space for yourself without guilt.’
Meanwhile, Alex Rodriguez has remained relatively quiet following the split. That’s probably wise. Nothing good ever comes from responding to cryptic Instagram quotes. History has taught us that lesson many times.
Insiders close to Rodriguez, a World Series champion and 14-time MLB All-Star, revealed that the couple had actually been quietly living separate lives for about two months before splitting.
Cordeiro is also reportedly navigating a serious health matter involving a close family member, which has naturally shifted her personal focus away from the relationship.
