LaVar Ball Says Timberwolves Needs To Sign Lonzo And Gelo To Complete LaMelo’s Trade For Guaranteed Championship

If there is one person who has never met a microphone he didn’t like, it’s LaVar Ball. The king of bold predictions is back, and this time he’s got a championship blueprint that only LaVar could dream up.

Following reports that the Minnesota Timberwolves landed LaMelo Ball in a blockbuster trade, LaVar says the job isn’t finished. Not even close.

According to the Ball family patriarch, the Timberwolves should immediately sign LaMelo’s brothers, Lonzo Ball and LiAngelo Ball, because doing so would “guarantee” an NBA championship. Yes, guarantee.

“Minnesota Timberwolves. Y’all did the coldest move in the game. You went and got that Melo. Yes, but here’s the thing. Let me give you the recipe. You got to get the other two Ball boys,” LaVar shared his message on Instagram.

“You get the other two Ball boys, it will be the most watched team ever in the NBA. Trust me when I tell you. Don’t think I’m just talking? No, I’m not. Melo can’t win it by himself, but I tell you, with his brothers, I guarantee y’all a championship.”

“The chemistry and the goddamn speed of the game, I never taught my boys to play by themselves. But together, you can’t beat them. And with Ant… A-Rod, you already a superstar, so you know what to do. You will take a chance. So get them boys. You can get Lonzo damn near for nothing. You can get Gelo damn near for nothing.

“Guess what? Coming off the bench, starting, team chemistry, morale in the locker room, whatever you want. With them Ball boys together, you can’t lose. You want the championship? Get them other two, and I guarantee a championship. Trust me when I tell you.”

Whether the Timberwolves actually pursue Lonzo and LiAngelo remains to be seen. Front offices usually rely on scouting reports, analytics, and contract numbers.

LaVar relies on LaVar. And that’s exactly why basketball fans love hearing from him.

Every offseason needs a little entertainment, and nobody delivers headline-grabbing confidence quite like the Ball family boss.
