JP Morgan Chase fired a senior executive who was captured on camera throwing trash onto a sidewalk in New York City during the Knicks‘ championship parade and then stole the trash can.
The Manhattan-based bank’s spokeswoman told TMZ that Angie Baez was dismissed after the strange occurrence during last Thursday’s parade in New York City was captured on camera. As you are aware, the Knicks won the NBA Championship by defeating the Spurs 4-1.

In front of shocked onlookers, videos posted to X show Baez wearing Knicks clothing as she empties the garbage can’s contents onto the pavement and then leaves with it.
As stated on her LinkedIn profile… Baez served as JPMorgan Chase’s Executive Director of Community and Industry Engagement for cards and connected commerce.
Baez worked as Executive Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at The Infatuation, a website that publishes restaurant reviews in New York, before joining JPMorgan.
The news of Angie’s dismissal was eagerly reported by the New York Post.
