Brock Bowers is chasing another ring. But this time, there is no football involved.
The Las Vegas Raiders star has proposed to his influencer girlfriend, Cameron Newell. And judging by the size of that relationship upgrade, Bowers is clearly taking his off-season goals very seriously.
The proposal happened on Wednesday night. Newell said yes, because apparently, Bowers finally found something more important than catching touchdowns. A ring!
The couple’s relationship has attracted plenty of attention, especially as Bowers continues to make a name for himself in the NFL. Now, he is making headlines for a completely different reason. Instead of defenders chasing him around the field, he has a fiancée chasing wedding plans.

Newell shared an Instagram video on Thursday morning that showed a hidden camera had been set up to capture the moment Bowers got on a knee, which appeared to be on a lush hill where some furniture had been placed.
The couple were both clearly emotional as Newell got an idea of what was happening. She asked Bowers whether he was serious and whether this was actually happening before ultimately saying yes and the couple embracing.
“The best surprise of my life, right where it all started. Can’t wait to spend forever with you🤍,” the post was captioned.
On Wednesday, Newell posted a photo of a big diamond ring on her finger with a smiling Bowers in the background. There wasn’t any caption, but the ring told the story as congratulatory messages from friends and family followed.
This engagement has been a long time coming, as Bowers and Newell have been dating since high school, as they are both from Napa Valley, California.
Congratulations to Brock Bowers and Cameron Newell on their engagement. The football ring is impressive. But this one clearly means something completely different.
