The actress celebrated her 54th birthday in Italy by casually reminding the world that some people are playing by completely different rules.
While most of us celebrate birthdays with cake, candles, and maybe a questionable family photo, Sofía decided a yacht, sunshine, and a tiny red bikini were the perfect ingredients for her big day.
The “Modern Family” star shared a stunning Instagram photo while relaxing on a yacht in Italy. Wearing a bright red bikini, Sofia soaked up the sun and showed off the confidence that has made her one of Hollywood’s most recognizable stars.
“So happy for all the love from u guys yesterday! It was the best bday ever!!! ❤️😘 and thank u Italy for all my 300 cakes!🤣🎂 54 is a good number!!!!👵,” she captioned the upload.
The “Modern Family” star also shared videos and pictures from her birthday celebrations on her Instagram Story.
She posted a snap showing several birthday cakes and lavish desserts — one cake even had her face on it.
Other photos showed her and friends dancing and enjoying the luxurious mega-yacht.
Her birthday post is a reminder that age is just a number. A number that apparently means very little when you are Sofia Vergara sitting on a yacht in Italy.
So while the rest of us are still trying to recover from birthday cake and bad decisions, Sofia is out here making 54 look like the new 34. The only thing getting older seems to be everyone else’s excuse for not living their best life.
