The creation of O.J. Simpson‘s contentious prank show was supposed to be humorous, but it wasn’t; in fact, his co-star claims that he became really irate at one point.
This week, Investigation Discovery will launch a new documentary series called “O.J. Unseen: Exploitation of Evil” that follows the creation of the pay-per-view prank show “Juiced” from 2006.
A typical prank show of the time, O.J. dresses up as an Elvis impersonator, pretends to have an affair with a man’s girlfriend, and tries to sell a white Bronco at a car lot. But one skit seemed to go wrong, with some real tension coming to the surface.

In the video, O.J. refers to Todd as racist, which Todd claims went too far and really offended him. Todd claims that he didn’t want to annoy O.J. because he was worried that a mistake would make him angry, but soon the two started arguing.
At one point, Todd claims to have glanced at O.J. and “saw anger in his eyes,” truly unsure of what would come next. Notably, O.J. was arrested and accused of kidnapping and armed robbery the year after “Juiced” was released in 2006.
