Sean “Diddy” Combs’ prison release date has been pushed up once more, bringing him one step closer to being released!
According to the Bureau of Prisons, the music mogul will now be released from the Federal Correctional Institution in Fort Dix, New Jersey, on February 5, 2028.
Diddy‘s most recent release date was February 20, 2028, according to a story from TMZ last month. This indicates that his release date has been shortened by more than two weeks.
As you are aware, a jury found Diddy guilty of two counts of transporting prostitutes across state borders for sex during his federal trial in 2025.
Prosecutors charged Diddy of participating in “freak offs” throughout the trial, where he would primarily observe and record his girlfriends having sex with male prostitutes, usually in hotel rooms.
Diddy was found not guilty by the jury of the more serious charges of sex trafficking and racketeering. Diddy was given a 4-year, 2-month term by a judge to be served at the Fort Dix jail starting in October 2025.
There has been turbulence during Diddy’s tenure. The story was first reported by TMZ. Diddy was placed in solitary confinement for a brief time after getting into a highly publicized altercation with another prisoner.
