Rick Ross is facing another serious allegation from an ex-girlfriend.
Model Jazzma Kendrick has accused the rapper of physically assaulting her during their past relationship. Kendrick claims Ross hit her and says one incident left her with a “busted” lip.
Yes, this is definitely not the kind of relationship throwback anyone puts in a scrapbook.
The 39-year-old model and content creator alleged in a series of Instagram Stories posts shared on Saturday, Sept. 26, that Ross, 50, was physically abusive toward her.
She claimed that Ross injured her lip, after which she “left” him, and she shared images of the alleged injury.
That is a very different kind of “love hurts” story.
Kendrick spoke about alleged abuse after an Instagram user sent a DM reply when she shared a selfie. “I’m seeing what Rick is seeing,” the user wrote in response to the selfie, calling the model “so gorgeous.”
In response to the user’s comment, the model said of Ross: “He saw a punching bag.”
Kendrick then shared an image of her face, in which her lip appeared swollen, with the caption, “The day Rick busted my lip and the day I left.”
She also shared a photo of herself lifting her upper lip to reveal a visible injury. “I don’t know a lot of things, but I do know that a man that puts his hands on me, is a man that never loved me and never will,” Kendrick wrote over the image.
In her final post addressing allegations, the influencer shared a statement. “It’s always good until it isn’t. If a man hits you one time, he will do it again. Don’t give him the opportunity. Value your life and leave,” Kendrick wrote, adding a heart and prayer-hands emoji.
She did not specify in the posts exactly when the alleged abuse took place.
Kendrick’s allegations add another layer to the public history surrounding her relationship with the rapper. Celebrity relationships already come with enough drama. Add accusations of physical violence, and suddenly the gossip gets much darker.
Kendrick and Ross have been linked since at least August 2025, when they were photographed together at a Florida launch event for RR22, the rapper’s luxury bag and accessories collection.
The pair cozied up to each other and shared a kiss in photos captured at the event.
Celebrity relationships can be complicated enough without turning them into boxing matches.
Kendrick has now put her version of the relationship on the record. Ross may have his own response or perspective.
Until then, the allegations remain allegations.
