Kawhi Leonard has never been the NBA’s biggest talker. The man can make a championship-winning shot and still look like he is waiting for his food order.
So when Leonard was asked about potentially joining the Toronto Raptors again, fans were hoping for a clear answer.
Instead, they got Kawhi being Kawhi.
Leonard offered a cryptic response while addressing the unfinished blockbuster trade situation involving the Los Angeles Clippers and Raptors. The forward has been linked with a move away from Los Angeles, but the deal is still waiting to officially become a done deal.

And that has basketball fans watching every word.
In a viral social media video, Leonard was asked if he would be joining the Raptors. The NBA superstar responded bluntly, even dropping an interesting statement that should spark excitement for Toronto fans ahead of the upcoming season.
“I hope so. … We gonna win,” Leonard simply said.
Leonard’s history with Toronto makes this more than just another potential NBA trade. It is the kind of storyline that gets fans checking their phones every five minutes.
For now, Leonard is keeping his cards close to his chest, because apparently, giving a straight answer would be far too easy.
Until the trade becomes official, everyone will keep guessing. And Kawhi?
He will probably just keep that famous serious face and let everyone else do the talking.
