Sarah Jane Ramos, the former fiancée of Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott, pushed back Wednesday against speculation that she is pregnant, while also addressing the infidelity allegations that sources say ended their engagement earlier this year.
In comments on an Instagram post by the account WAGs Unfiltered that questioned whether recent gym photos and a Sept. 12 image of Ramos holding one of her daughters indicated a new pregnancy, Ramos stated she is not pregnant. She also described Prescott as having cheated on her constantly during their relationship, according to the exchange on the post.
The WAGs Unfiltered post noted that Ramos has shared few recent images and referenced a photo in which she appeared to use her daughter to cover her midsection. The account said a source had asked about a possible pregnancy but emphasized that Ramos had not announced one and that the photos did not confirm it. Commenters on the post mixed support for Ramos with criticism of the speculation about her body. Some tagged her account in messages of encouragement.
Ramos and Prescott, both 32 at the time of the split, called off their planned April 10 wedding in Lake Como, Italy, in early March 2026. They informed roughly 250 invited guests by email that they had made “the very difficult decision to cancel our wedding” and asked for prayers. The couple began dating in 2023, got engaged in October 2024, and share two daughters: Margaret Jane “MJ” Rose, 2, and Aurora Rayne, 1.
Page Six reported days after the cancellation that Ramos ended the engagement over “ongoing infidelity issues.” A source familiar with the situation told the outlet that Ramos believed Prescott had a history of communicating with other women throughout their relationship but stayed with him in hopes he would change for the sake of their family. The source said the pair had a serious conversation and Ramos issued an ultimatum in January. Matters came to a head during a joint bachelor-and-bachelorette trip to the Bahamas. After friends left, Ramos allegedly discovered Prescott was using incognito social media profiles to send inappropriate messages to multiple women and ex-flings, the source said. Ramos then confronted him and called off the wedding. She has been described as “done” romantically with Prescott and focused on co-parenting.
