Nick Young has opened up about one of the most awkward moments from his relationship with Iggy Azalea. And somehow, the story gets even worse when you hear how she found out.
According to Nick, his friends were downstairs when Iggy arrived at the house. Instead of stopping her, warning him, or doing the classic “bro, you might want to come downstairs” move, they apparently did absolutely nothing.
Iggy walked into the house and headed straight upstairs. Meanwhile, Nick was upstairs with another woman. Yes, this was already a disaster. His friends simply allowed the plot to develop like they were watching a reality show.

Nick eventually found himself caught in one of those situations where there is no clever explanation. Once someone walks in and sees what they were never supposed to see, the emergency excuse department usually shuts down.
And Iggy apparently did not need a detective. She had the evidence right in front of her.
The story has resurfaced as Nick has discussed the infamous relationship drama. At the time, his relationship with Iggy was already attracting plenty of attention. The two were one of celebrity basketball’s most recognizable couples.
But behind the glamorous photos and public appearances, things were clearly much messier.
The funniest part of Nick’s story may actually be his friends. Imagine being downstairs while your friend is upstairs living dangerously. You know his girlfriend has entered the house. You know where she is going, but you decide that silence is the best strategy.
That is not friendship, that is entertainment.
Those friends could have saved Nick from at least a few minutes of panic. Instead, they apparently let destiny handle the situation.
