A couple of weeks ago word leaked that Aaron Hernandez’ defense team would try to get him transferred out of the Bristol Jail and into Suffolk County. The original reason was thought to be that Aaron feared for his safety after he was accused of threatening a cop and his family.
That motion probably wouldn’t have worked so his team came up with a different reason. So he could be closer to his lawyers. It looks like the judge allowed it:
Judge allows motion for Aaron Hernandez to move from Bristol County to Suffolk County, closer to his Boston law team.

We will see what effect this has on the trial, but it will save Aaron in legal fees that is sure to be burning through his cash quickly.
