With people camping out around LeBron James’ house in Cleveland, it seems that people are forgetting Carmelo Anthony has a decision to make as well. All the reports swirling had the Knicks and Lakers being the two finalist but Mike McGraw out of Chicago is confirming a Stephen A Smith report that Melo is thinking about the Bulls again:
Hearing the Stephen A. Smith report is accurate. Carmelo may have been leaning elsewhere, but regained interest in #Bulls.

Don't think there's been any sign-and-trade talks. #Bulls need Carmelo to commit first, which could get that ball rolling.

If this is true, for basketball reasons it is the best move. What Carmelo’s strength is (scoring) is the Bulls weakness. So to me, they fit together quite nicely. The only problem and it is a big one, is that he would have to take so much less to sign in Chicago. Take this report with a grain of salt but it would be smart of Melo and LaLa to reconsider Chicago.
