The Pro Bowl often unifies players from rival teams. In this instance, Green Bay receiver Davante Adams found himself teammates with Panthers LB Thomas Davis after a nasty hit from Davis resulted in Adams leaving the field on a gurney and entering the NFL’s concussion protocol.
The hit resulted in a 2-game suspension for Davis which was later shortened to one game due to an appeal. Davis later apologized on Twitter and insisted that hurting Adams was not his intention. Adams wasn’t trying to hear it.
When the two arrived in Orlando, Adams “wasn’t too happy to see” Davis but they have since made amends.
