Cleveland Browns RB Kareem Hunt is trying to do what he can to prove he’s worth the second chance the team has given him.
According to Browns GM John Dorsey, Hunt is doing everything in his power to prove he is remorseful for his actions that currently have him suspended by the NFL.
Hunt, of course, is currently under suspension by the NFL after video surfaced of him shoving and kicking a woman in an Ohio hotel last year.
Dorsey and the Browns signed Hunt back in February after he was released by the Kansas City Chiefs.
Since then Hunt has been speaking to high school kids in schools across Cleveland imploring them not to make the same mistakes he made.
Dorsey speaking to Bull and Fox on 92.3 The Fan said,
“What people don’t realize is once he’s [Hunt] off the field, he’s doing things unannounced. He’s actually going out and talking to young kids and working behind the scenes to teach young kids, ‘Don’t make the same mistake I made.'”
It appears Hunt is doing what he can to show he’s learned from his experiences.
