So apparently, Travis Hunter, the Colorado Buffaloes, has been making headlines recently after he and his girlfriend, Leanna Lenee, had a pretty intense argument on the sidelines after their team’s last game. Talk about drama!
But that’s not all. The couple is again back in the spotlight because Leanna admitted that Travis wasn’t her type initially. She even confessed to basically ignoring him when he tried to hit on her. Love can be a funny thing, and she eventually had to give in to him. Good for them, I guess.
Anyway, with all the buzz surrounding Travis and his achievements, he recently opened up about his policy on taking pictures with female fans. He won’t do it if Leanna isn’t there. Can you believe it? I mean, I get wanting to be loyal and all, but it’s just a picture, right? Well, to each their own, I suppose.
With the Heisman Trophy Ceremony just around the corner and Travis being one of the four finalists, he sat down with Ryan Clark and Channing Crowder on their show, ‘The Pivot,’ to chat about this interesting rule of his romance with Leanna.
“When I take a picture with a girl, I make sure my hand is in the front. You could see both of my hands, I’m not that close to you. It’s routine,” he explained.
“And I make sure I only take pictures with females when she around.”
I’m sure some fans might be disappointed, but hey, that’s just how he rolls. And who knows, maybe Leanna appreciates the show of loyalty. Love can be a tricky thing, after all.
