Justin Blackmon, the fifth overall pick in April’s NFL draft by the Jacksonville Jaguars out of Oklahoma State, was arrested in Stillwater, Oklahoma on charges of aggravated DUI. Oklahoma law defines aggravated DUI as having a blood alcohol level above .15. It is his second arrest for driving under the influence.

Blackmon, 22, was booked into jail about 10 a.m., the jail reported. No further details were immediately available.
In October 2010, Blackmon was arrested by Carrollton, Texas, police on a DUI complaint. Blackmon was driving a Chevy pickup north on I-35 after having attended, with three friends, a Dallas Cowboy game on a Monday night. Police radar registered Blackmon’s speed as having been 92 mph in a 60 mph zone.
Pretty stupid move, and even stupider considering he has not signed his rookie deal yet. Hopefully he gets some help for his problems and can put this behind him quickly.
Judging by his previous mugshot, it looks like he has the same “just got busted for DUI” expression every time.
