One of the principle players in the on-going NCAA bribery scandal has been in legal trouble before after received a black eye courtesy of basketball great Dominique Wilkins as a result.
TMZ obtained video of the former Hawks star punching custom suit maker Rashan Michel back in 2011 in Atlanta. Michel tried to shake Wilkins down for $13,000 in unpaid bills court side before a game.
Michel was arrested on Tuesday and charged with bribery and wire fraud in connection to Auburn asst. basketball coach Chuck Person in a bribery scheme where he would help Person take money and in exchange they would steer players to a particular financial advisor.
