Chael Sonnen was on the Joe Rogan Podcast and let it slip that Jon Jones failed his USADA for using two types of estrogen blockers.
Estrogen blockers are often used by athletes during a PED cycle. It helps balance the rush of testosterone into the body and stops the body from overcompensating by producing large amount of estrogen.
They also help mask testosterone results during drug test.
That’s not to say that Jon Jones used them for this reason or that he used them at all, despite Sonnen’s reports. Chael seemed adamant that Jones failed because of these estrogen blockers, which would mean there’s a lot more trouble headed Jon’s way.
