It’s always Florida. NBC Miami reported that Carlos Rodriguez or “Halfy” was arrested for arson and attempted as he deliberately set his mattress on fire. Rodriguez lives in a duplex and was “posing an immediate threat to the lives and safety of the occupants” according to the report.
Rodriguez injured his head after he hit a pole while driving, flew out the front window of the car and landed on his head.
Florida continues to outdo itself every single time.
