LPGA had to delete embarrassing video showing Sophie Cunningham’s butt cheeks during golf event in Florida.
Golf is supposed to be calm, polite, and classy. And then there’s 2025. The LPGA found that out the hard way after a video of Sophie Cunningham’s backside went viral during a tournament. Yes, the camera caught more than anyone intended, and the internet absolutely ate it up. The league deleted the clip, but let’s be real, once it’s online, it’s basically forever.
The LPGA moved fast, deleting the video from official channels on the socials. Translation: “Sorry, Sophie. This one got away from us, literally.” But as anyone who’s ever seen the internet knows, screenshots and TikToks don’t vanish, they multiply.

The LPGA was loving every moment, sharing multiple pictures, videos, and different angles of the action in Florida.
Unfortunately, one moment from the event had to be deleted.
One video showed Sophie Cunningham and Lexie Hull from behind, but they neglected to notice that Cunningham had her cheeks poking out, so they were forced to delete it.
“My guess is for@sophaller ass cheeks…,” a Twitter user posted with the accompanying picture that clearly showed her cheeks hanging out.
Fans, of course, were in full meltdown mode. Some acted like it was a national crisis. Others treated it like the best highlight of the event.
At the end of the day, golf is about fun, and Sophie reminded everyone that athletes are human. Clothes ride up, swings go wrong, and sometimes, the internet notices the wrong things.
