Brandon Dillard Hits With 113 Charges For Allegedly Operating Dental Services Without License

Brandon Dillard is facing 113 charges for allegedly operating multimillion dollar dental services without a license.

If you thought getting veneers was just a quick Instagram flex, think again. Apparently, it can also get you in serious legal trouble, just ask Brandon Dillard, who now has 113 charges against him for allegedly running dental services without a license. Yes, you read that right. One hundred and thirteen charges. That’s more numbers than most people see on their phone bill in a year.

According to Fulton County court records, a grand jury indicted Dillard on Nov. 21. The indictment lists 113 counts against Dillard.

The charges go back for procedures starting in 2021 and as recently as 2024. Channel 2 Action News previously reported that Dillard was sent a cease-and-desist letter by the State Dental Board at the beginning of 2024, but he continued performing the veneer procedures.

Gray spoke with a woman who paid Dillard $3,000 for partial veneers. Kristi Brown planned to go back and have more teeth done.

But she said her dentist immediately noticed something was wrong when she went in for a regular cleaning.

“He kept asking who did this. You need to be careful. Did he have a dentist certificate? I was like, I don’t remember seeing any of that. I should have known,” Brown said.

According to prosecutors, Brandon Dillard raked in more than $4 million from his illegal dental services.

“He’s never been a dentist. And as much as he may want to play one on Instagram, he is not one,” Fulton County Deputy District Attorney Will Wooten said.

Dillard’s arraignment hearing has been scheduled for January.

At the end of the day, one thing is clear: If you’re going to fix someone’s teeth, make sure you’re not fixing your own chances in the legal system at the same time. Brandon Dillard may have been a veneer specialist, but the real headlines? He’s now a criminally unlicensed dental sensation.
