The Money Man always has a plan, Floyd Mayweather’s comeback will feature two matches that have been announced so far. The Money Man plans on having a massive boxing event in Tokyo and has not decided who his opponent will be. Connor McGregor has not been announced as an option. The undefeated boxer talk with TMZ Sports about his future and his plans for Pacquiao-Mayweather 2.
“I know everybody’s heard about the Mayweather-Pacquiao rematch, I will be back in Tokyo for a huge boxing event, stay tuned,” Mayweather told TMZ sports.
TMZ reported that Mayweather’s opponent could not only be a boxer, but he has looked at kickboxers and MMA fighters. No set date has been reported, but New Years Eve is the preferred time a source close says. If everything goes on schedule there should be Floyd Mayweather vs Manny Pacquiao 2 rematch scheduled in 2019.
