Yasiel Pug of the Dodgers needs to do something to improve the security of his San Fernando Valley home because at this point, burglaries here are being far too common. According to TMZ Sports, Puig’s home was burglarized for the fourth time in two years this past Tuesday.
Three men supposedly left the home after Puig’s assistant received an alert to his phone about the burglary. The backdoor was busted and the men got in from there. Puig was not home at the time as the Dodgers had played the Rockies that night.
LAPD has since obtained footage from Puig’s home of the three robbers. The suspects were seen kicking the door in and the alarm went off shortly after they got in. The men were close to stealing a safe that they found on the second floor but left it downstairs possibly due to the fact that they knew police would soon be on the way.
Police are describing two of the suspects as black males in their early to mid-20s with slim bodies. The only description of the third suspect from LAPD is that he was the driver of their car. Police also say that $10k in damages were done and that these same men committed this burglary on August 30.
