I want you to pay close attention to what I am going to say in the next sentence………….

THEY ARE JUST SHOES.

It is 2012, this isn’t Do the Right Thing,  Michael Jordan hasn’t played relevant basketball since 1998 (I don’t count the Wizards years).  Women don’t care about your Js (not real women anyway) they care about your status.

If you have status you aren’t standing in line for 12 hours for some sneakers.

Here is just one report of what happened last night.

Certain stores at Lafayette Square Mall on the Northwestside were forced to close their doors shortly after opening at 7 a.m. because of mayhem created by hundreds of shoppers vying to outcompete others to get to the shoes, according to communication on police radio this morning.

Impatient shoppers tore a door off its hinges at Lafayette Square, confirmed Kendale Adams, a spokesman for the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department.

Here is a video of some of the destruction.

There were reports of shootings, stabbings and just general mayhem.

All I can say is……….

  2. Good day! This is kind of off topic but I need some advice from an established blog. Is it very difficult to set up your own blog? I’m not very techincal but I can figure things out pretty quick. I’m thinking about making my own but I’m not sure where to start. Do you have any points or suggestions? Thank you
