It seems the storm has caught to Tampa Bay running back  LeGarrette Blount.

Many pundits feel rookie Doug Martin was drafted out of Boise State to eventually replace BLount at running back.

The two spent the preseason rotating carries with the first team offense.

Martin however started the game against the New England Patriots on Friday night.

Stephen Holder of the Tampa Bay TImes is reporting that it may be Martin’s job to lose now.

Doug Martin is your starting RB tonight. This is NOT a result of Blount’s groin injury. Based on performance. #Bucs

So essential Bucs head Coach Greg Schiano gets what he wants and the Buccaneers get some burst at the running back position.

Sorry Leggarrette
