Tight end Aaron Hernandez has left the Patriots game vs the Arizona Cardinals mid-way through the 1st quarter with an ankle injury.

Hernandez was in the process of blocking for WR Julian Elderman when he came down on Hernandez’s leg while he was being tackled by William Gray. Hernandez left the game with assistance as he was not able to put pressure down on his leg and exit the field.
