I’m not sure what Jerry Jones was looking at Sunday, but I have to chalk his latest statements up to optimism and the joy of escaping Sunday with a win against the Browns.
Whatever the reason was, Jones was in a complimentary mood Sunday evening.
While addressing the media Sunday, Jones blurted out that he was more than pleased with the performance of his offensive line according to ESPN Dallas.
“I’m really pleased with the offensive line, as it is as we sit here right now with the win,” Jones said.
“Our offensive line early had some guys get loose on them,” Jones said. “A guy like Doug Free turned around and came back and played stellar.”
Not sure the group was stellar, but Romo suffered no concussion, unlike some other quarterbacks around the league, so stellar it will be.
