Revis just was quoted saying how he thought he could help the 49ers win the Super Bowl, but now he is backtracking a bit, as teams have started to shy away, from bringing him in.

Here is a what a source told the New York Post.

“He wants to remain a Jet,” the source said, via Steve Berry of Post. “He has never asked to be traded.”

I think what is happening here is two-fold. First, Revis probably knows that he won’t get the same attention anywhere else like he does in New York. He doesn’t have a big personality, so it is the market that is helping him.

Secondly, he knows that Rex Ryan’s system works for him. He doesn’t want to be like Nnamdi and get exposed somewhere else. That’s why he is leaking this info now.

I say it is 50/50 he is traded by Draft Day.
