The Jaguars tried to give the poker face, but it didn’t work.

After Jaguars GM said Jones-Drew was almost untouchable, he Jags reportedly are now willing to trade Jones-Drew for the right price according to ProFootballTalk.com.

Per a league source, a deal would indeed be done, at the right price.

I’m not sure what price Caldwell thinks he’s talking about.  Running backs are no longer a premium unless you’re special, and the almost 30 year old Jones-Drew hasn’t been close to a special back in a long time.

What do you mean he hasn’t been a special back in awhile?…he led the league in rushing less than 2 seasons ago?…Jones Drew would still be considered a premium back if the jaguars weren’t so terrible .
