Jadeveon Clowney was a guest on The Dan Patrick Show Thursday and the consensus top defensive player in the NFL Draft address several topics regarding the next few months in preparation for May.
Clowney again said he would put on a show at the combine, and planned to participate in all the drills. Clowney’s chances of going No. 1 definitely depend on how the draft’s quarterback prospects perform in the coming weeks.
Blake Bortles, Teddy Bridgewater and Johnny Manziel all have been mentioned as possible top selections by the Texans. Should the Texans draft a quarterback, the Rams, Jaguars, Browns, Raiders and Falcons — holding picks Nos. 2-6 are all high on Clowney, with Atlanta coveting him.
