He’s 22, so one would hope he’s at his peak physically. Oh, and not to mention he’s been on a tear since he’s come into the League.
For all Trout’s greatness, he still entered Spring Training last season on the heavy side, 241 pounds to be exact. This season Trout is a leaner 235 and is feeling great.
“I feel great,” he said. “Best shape I’ve ever been in.”
Trout spent his off-season keeping active and attributes his rise in popularity and ever growing hectic schedule to the loss.
Just imagine what this new and ‘improved’ Trout is going to do. Pitchers beware.
