Depending on who you ask, Pacquiao-Bradley didn’t do very well in pay per view.  Some might even call it a flop, seeing how Pacquiao is supposed to have star power.

Chris Mannix of Sports Illustrated is reporting that the rematch did between 775,000 and 800,000 pay per view buys.

HBO declined comment.

The number is a significant improvement for Pacquiao from his last fight against Brandon Rios which generated 475,000 buys.

In the seven fights before the first Bradley fight, Pacquiao averaged 1.1 million buys per fight. The first fight between Pacquiao and Bradley generated 890,000 buys, per HBO.
