San Francisco 49ers QB Colin Kaepernick is very insistent on rocking his “Beats by Dre” headphones before games. Last week Kaepernick received a $10,000 fine for wearing the headphones in his post-game press conference. The NFL just implemented the rule 2 weeks ago that bans players from wearing “Beats” headphones before and after games to protect the NFL’s endorsement deal with Bose headphones.
