Rape is a serious crime, but falsely accusing someone of rape happens far too often with no punishment to the person who is falsely accusing. Who knows who this source is, so you have to take that also into consideration. To me it is very simple, if Harris did something wrong he should be thrown under the jail, but if the woman is making a false accusation just because her feelings were hurt, she should be arrested, suspended if she is an athlete and have her scholarship taken away.
