The Rams could learn something from the Browns about having their players back. After the head of the police union called Andrew Hawkins pathetic and demanded an apology, here is what the Browns had to say.
“We have great respect for the Cleveland Police Department and the work that they do to protect and serve our city. We also respect our players’ rights to project their support and bring awareness to issues that are important to them if done so in a responsible manner.”
Maybe, the police should focus more on apologizing for preventable deaths and less about what athletes are wearing on the field.
