Lost in all the free agency drama, is the Cleveland Browns need for some kind of outside receiving threat. Ian Rapoport is reporting that the Browns have targeted former Chiefs wide receiver, Dwyane Bowe.

The Browns have a huge hole at wide receiver following Josh Gordon’s latest suspension. Cleveland signed Brian Hartline last week, but still needs a No. 1-type talent for Josh McCown (or Johnny Manziel) to target.
