I smell a lawsuit.
RealGM is reporting that Hawks forward Thabo Sefolosha, will miss the remainder of the season after suffering a broken ankle during his arrest in New York City on Wednesday morning.
Atlanta's Thabo Sefolosha has been diagnosed with a broken ankle from NYPD incident early Wednesday, out for season, sources tell RealGM.

More specifically, Thabo Sefolosha has sustained a fractured tibia in his leg, league sources tell RealGM. MRIs ongoing on other damages.

It’s unclear when Sefolosha suffered the injury, but I find it odd that even the morning after his arrest, Sefolosha was still being walked around. Sefolosha and Hawks teammate Pero Antic were arrested during the drama that ensued after Chris Copeland was stabbed.
