Lakers General Manager Mitch Kupchak was spotted boarding a plane for Southwest airlines.
This 6’9 manager squeezed himself into a seat for flight to Vegas, where the Lakers played the Minnesota Timberwolves in an NBA summer league game.
At least he was second to board the plane so he was able to get an emergency exit seat with some leg room, and the flight to Vegas is only 45 minutes.
But oddly enough the Lakers part-owner Jim Buss was also at LAX that day to fly to Vegas but wasn’t on the southwest plane.
Guessing he wasn’t saving any coins and flew privately.
