It’s a nice offer, but I can see why Dez Bryant feels so insulted.
According to Ian Rapoport, the Cowboys have come up from their $10 million per year offer, now reportedly offering his tag number of $12.8 million per year.
#Cowboys offer to Dez is more than $12.8M per year (the tag number). They’ve come up a lot from the original offer of $10M avg over 6 years

The number would make Bryant one of the three highest paid in the league, but wouldn’t put him close to Calvin Johnson’s $16.2 million per season.
Bryant and Demaryius Thomas both have numbers comparable or better than Johnson’s thru their first few seasons.
