Vernon Adams is officially a Duck.
The former Eastern Washington quarterback who opted to take the graduate transfer route this spring and take his talents to Oregon, finally gained admittance to the university after giving Oregon fans and coaches a scare.
Today Adams announced on Instagram that he passed his final exam for the math class that had been holding him up from being in Eugene all summer.

Oregon fans can breathe a lot easier tonight knowing that Adams was able to beat the deadline to get into school and be a part of the team this fall.
Getting into school was a major hurdle, but now with the season so close Adams will have to get up to speed on learning the playbook and getting acclimated to the offense in very short amount of time. I doubt Adams or the Oregon coaches brought him in to sit and watch this year, so it will be interesting to see if he is able to hit the ground running.
Oregon’s first opponent of the year? Eastern Washington. Be kind to them, Vernon.
