Perennial all-star Chris Bosh missed the second half of last season after a blood clot was found on his left lung. Bosh’s absence played a major role in why Miami was unable to reach the postseason.
However, head coach Erik Spoelstra is ready to get Bosh back.
“We fully expect him to be healthy and cleared for contact,” Spoelstra said in a roundtable session with the team’s beat writers Wednesday.
If this unit is able to remain healthy, it’ll be interesting to see them compete in the eastern conference.
