At the young age of 28, veteran tight end has decided to officially retire from the NFL.
Not that it's a big surprise, not that a different result was expected, but former Packers TE Jermichael Finley officially has retired.

Finley was drafted in the 3rd-round of the 2008 draft and hasn’t appeared in an NFL game since 2013. Finley suffered a bruised spinal cord during a tgame against the Cleveland Browns which took him away from the game. He was later cleared to return to football in 2014 but after being unable to sign with a team, Finley put in a claim to collect on his $10 million disability insurance policy. Finley played a huge role during his six seasons with the Packers catching 223 passes for 2,785 yards and 20 touchdowns.
