In Florida, alligators can fly thanks to some help from 23-year-old Joshua James. The Jupiter, Florida resident was arrested by U.S. Marshals after allegedly tossing a 3 1/2 ft gator into a Wendy’s drive-thru window after receiving his drink order.
James faces charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, illegally killing, possessing or capturing an alligator, and second-degree larceny petty theft.
The alligator was captured by police and released into a nearby canal.
