Skip Bayless was wrong again. Before today’s NCAA tournament game between Cinderella Northwestern University and Vanderbilt, Skip Bayless tweeted a prediction that basically implied that Northwestern was not in the same class as Vanderbilt.
Vanderbilt drops anchor on Northwestern's fairy tale. Better school, better alumni, better ex-player coach, far better basketball tradition.

Of course this tweet jinxed Vanderbilt, as they were on their way to a 1 point victory until Matthew Fisher-Davis inexplicably fouled Northwestern guard Bryant McIntosh in the waning seconds thinking his team was losing. The foul allowed McIntosh to make a pair of free throws that ended up being the winning points.
Following the win against Vanderbilt, Northwestern’s Twitter account exacted its revenge on Bayless.
We hear you, @Twitter. But not *everyone* in the media went to @NorthwesternU.#B1GCats | #PoundTheRock | #ItsTime https://t.co/hOR1GXAvOj

Once again, a Skip Bayless prediction has back fired and Northwestern alumni couldn’t be happier.
